保養 Care

此木器為天然原木, 表面没有上漆, 建議首次使用前, 先塗上一層食用椰子油或食用級礦物油, 可防水避免發黑。 待木表面完吸收油分, 再把多餘油分用乾布抺走, 先表面完全乾透後方可使用。建議每年進行一次以上保養。如有污垢, 用乾布抺浄, 不要用水沖洗。

This tool is made of natural solid wood and the surface is neither painted nor varnished. It is recommended to apply a layer of food grade coconut oil or food grade mineral oil before first use to prevent blackening from water contact. After applying oil on the wood surface, absorb the excessive oil a dry cloth. Make sure the surface is completely dry before use. It is recommended to perform the same procedure once a year for maintenance. Remove any dirt on the wood surface with a dry cloth and do not rinse with water.
