用樹上完熟的蘋果搾取而成。蘋果在青森県北部果園被收集後, 廠方還會用独有的成熟標準去篩選。 蘋果品種是由富士, 王林, 紅玉等混種。

It was made by pressing of mature apples. After collecting from the northern fruit farm of Amori Prefecture, apples will be selected based on factory's own standard for maturity. The apple being used is a mix of several spieces including Fuji, Oulin and Jonathan.

帶壓機把砕蘋果搾成汁後, 果汁會被輸送到儲存箱。

It is squeezed by a machine called belt press and transferred to the tank.

根據配方進行混合以確保質量稳定

To blend the squeezed juice according to recipe to maintain constant quality

刹菌 Pasteurisation

以95度或更加温度進行刹菌, 然後立即降温。

Instantly sterilize at a temperature above 95 °C and cool immediately.
