Schloss Trier Ice Edition is a blend of cold-fermented wines. During the fermentation the grape must is cooled, whereby the fermentation proceeds slowly and controlled. The result is wines with a fruity and harmonious taste. They form the basis of this sparkling wine, which is characterized by its bright, yellow color, fine bubbles and mild acidity .
