紅酒啤梨

檸檬皮屑
Crumbs of lemon peel

玉桂枝
Cinnamon stick

 

 

 

橙皮(刮去白色部分)
Orange peel (Removed the white part)

 

 

 

方法 How To Make

先把紅酒, 糖, 橙皮, 檸檬皮屑和玉桂枝放入鍋一起煮, 用中火煮至糖完全溶解。
Cook red wine with sugar, orange peel, crumbs of lemon peel and cinnamon sticks in a pot. Use medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

把啤梨和其他才料放入鍋中, 把鍋蓋蓋住。轉細火, 每煮10分鐘, 轉一轉啤梨, 直至啤梨軟透, 整個梨也變成紅色, 吸收汁料的香氣和味道。
Put the pears and other ingredients into the pot and cover the lid. Turn the pear every 10 minutes until the pears get soft and become red.

熄火後, 讓啤梨再浸一陣子。
Leave the whole pot for a while to cool down

如暖吃即可供食用
If you want to have it warm, you can consume right afterwards

如冷食, 可把梨和汁料放入大碗浸一晚才食用。
Otherwise, put all the content into a bowl for overnight before consumption.
