紅茶粉末
Dust grade black tea
4 茶匙/teaspoons
中粗紅茶粉末(BOPF)
Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings
2 茶匙/teaspoons
粗紅茶砕(BOP)
Broken Orange Pekoe
1 茶匙/teaspoon
水
Water
4 杯/cups
淡煉奶
Full cream evaporated milk
蔗糖
Sugar

方法 How To Make
先進行拼茶, 将三種茶葉搞勻。
Mix the three different tea leaves.
把火倒入茶壺, 並焼至沸騰。
Pour water into the teapot and heat the water through the teapot until boiling.
将濾茶袋放進茶壺, 並把拼好的茶倒進濾袋。
Please the filter bag into the teapot and pour the mexied tea leaves into bag.
将茶葉加熱10分鐘。
Keep the tea being heated for 10 minutes.
熄火, 進行撞茶。取出茶袋並置於另一茶壺上, 提起茶壺, 讓茶湯従高處撞向茶袋。這樣重覆数次。
Turn off the fire. Take out the tea filter bag and place above another teapot, pour the hot tea through the tea bag which is holding the tea leaves inside. Repeat the process a few times.
重新将茶加熱1分鐘。
Heat up the tea again for around 1 minutes.
将淡奶倒進杯中至1/3滿。
Pour the milk into the cup until 1/3 full.
将熱茶倒滿入杯中。加入適量蔗糖。
Pour the heated tea into the cup till full. Add some sugar.
