加多加多是一款非常簡單富有印尼風味的沙律。

Gadogado is a very simple salad originated from Indondesia.

菠菜
Spinach

豆角
Yardlong bean

豆卜/豆腐乾
Taupok

青瓜
Cucumber

熟雞蛋
Boiled egg

芽菜
Sprouts

玉米筍
Baby corn

加多加多沙律醤
Gado-gado salad dressing

方法 How To Make

将菠菜, 豆角, 豆卜, 芽菜, 玉米筍加入一煲熱水中。煮大約五分鐘。
Put spinach, yardlon beans, tofu, sprouts, and baby corn into a pot of hot water. Keep boiling it for 5 minutes with small fie.

将青爪和熟雞蛋切片備用
Cut the boiled egg and cucumber into slices

将煮熟的蔬菜取出, 用凍水沖刷, 再放入氷水。再取出瀝乾備用。
Take out all vegetables from the pot and wash out with cold water. Immerse those vegetables with ice water for a while. Take away from ice water and leve it to drain.

将所有材材料放上碟, 然後淋上加多加多沙律醤。
Place all the ingredients on a plate nicely and put gadogado sauce onto the ingredients.
