方法 How To Make

将所有醤料材料放進攪拌機攪勻
Put all dressing ingredients into a blender and mix them well

将煙肉煎到金黃色, 然後放著備用。
Fry the bacon until golden brown, and leave it for later use.

将雞蛋煮熟, 切成塊備用。
Boil the egg and cut into pieces for later use.

将羅馬生菜, 洋蔥, 續随子, 煙肉和雞蛋放進一個大碗裡, 然後跟做好的沙律醤攪勻。
Put lettuce, onion, capers, bacon and eggs into a big bowl and mix with the dressing.

把攪勻後的材料放上碟
Place mixed ingredients onto a plate

最後, 撒上巴馬臣芝士砕和多士粒。
Finally, sprinkle some parmesan cheese and toast cubes.
